His accessibility has enabled him to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and landowners, having leased over 100,000 acres in Louisiana alone. Additionally, Charles has acquired and managed multiple projects in numerous states, and is confident with both conventional and unconventional shale play. Given his diverse career background, Charles can ably handle the preparation of abstracts of title, mineral histories, title research, lease checks, state lands research, conservation research, title curative, 3-D seismic acquisition and surface and right-of-way acquisition.
